Robin has worked for The Festival Companies since 2018 where he leads leasing throughout Festival’s Western States portfolios. Robin also participates in strategic leasing assignments within Festival’s overall portfolio focusing on business development of new restaurant and food driven concepts. Robin’s extensive leasing experience covers all open air center retail asset classes.
Robin started his career in brokerage in 2006 and then made a transition to the Landlord side of the business and joined Combined Properties, Inc. as a Leasing Associate. Four years later he accepted a Director of Leasing position with Irvine Company Retail Properties overseeing a portion of their SoCal portfolio until he moved back to his hometown of Los Angeles and joined The Festival Companies as a Vice President of Leasing.
As an expert in his field, Robin has won multiple “Top Deal of the Quarter” awards, been recognized for rent growth and deal count achievements and been featured as one of “Tomorrow’s Leaders” by Real Estate Forum Magazine. In addition, Robin served on the International Council of Shopping Center’s Next Generation Board from 2007 – 2015, the last two of which he served as the Southern California State Chair.
Robin graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Arizona.
